On May 15, Mr. Wang Minliang, Chairman of XianheCorp., Ltd. visited the China National Pulp and Paper ResearchInstitute CO., LTD. (Paper Institute) and signed a strategiccooperation agreement and an affiliated technology development agreement withthe Paper Institute. Sun Bo, General Manager of the Paper Institute, togetherwith the heads of the main business departments such as the Research andDevelopment Department, the National Paper Quality Supervision and InspectionCenter and the China Paper Magazine, had a cordial exchange with Wang Minliangand his party, and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreementbetween Xianhe Corp.

According to the cooperation agreement, thepaper institute will provide the whole chain of services such as technologydevelopment, analysis and testing, standard development, instrumentcalibration, personnel training, project declaration, exhibition consultationand promotion for Xianhe in the form of technical service package.

Before the signing ceremony, the two sideshad a pleasant and warm conversation. Sun Bo said that the Paper Institute isnational professional research institutions with long history, has beencommitted to providing scientific and technological support for the developmentof the paper industry, especially in recent years through further integrationof business resources, innovative business model, close to the needs ofenterprises, and actively seek to provide more high-quality, convenientservices for the industry. As a leading enterprise in the specialty paperindustry, Xianhe has maintained the momentum of rapid and high-quality developmentover the years, and is also an old friend and long-term partner of the PaperInstitute. She hopes that this strategic cooperation can further promote theclose cooperation between the Paper Institute and Xianhe and achieve mutualbenefit and win-win situation for both sides. After visiting theNational Engineering Laboratory of Pulp and Paper, the two sides started alively exchange and discussion on the cooperation intentions in technologydevelopment, analysis and testing, and industry activities.

Xianhe is the first important industrycustomers ushered in by the papermaking institute and they signed the firsttechnical service package cooperation agreement since the New COVID-19epidemic.
