In order to enhance the cooperation, trust andmutual understanding among the colleges, and deepen the sense of belonging tothe company, the company specially organized a 1-day outreach training for thestaffs.
Warm-up
After the warm-up activities, entered the group building game.
1.Divide into Groups
Staffs were divided into ten teams. Ten teams, ten flags, for the common team goal.
2.The Da Vinci Code
"Da Vinci Code" let employees know the importance of obedience, efficient assistance, reasonable division of labour, to complete the task better.
Lunch Time
After the morning event, everyone enjoyed lunch and took a break.
3. Extreme 60 Seconds
The "Extreme 60 Seconds" cultivates a team under pressure, focusing on the division and coordinating with the larger goal, encouraging each other among the teams, and experiencing the joy of reaching the peak of victory and a sense of team honor.
4.Blind in square
This game of requires mutual trust and cooperation of each player to complete. The game requires each team to blindly tie three ropes on the ground together to form a circle at the end.
Experiences Share
The activity is nearing the end. Even if the time is in a hurry, we can still keep the beauty of meeting together and engrave each other's smile in mind.
